1. Contact
The first step for every project is a conversation. Complete our contact form or give us a call for a free estimate. Let's talk about your goals, your project, and how we can help.
2. Proposal
After our free initial estimate, our team of experts will make a full evaluation of the project. We'll visit you on-site before providing a proposal with our plans and timelines.
The build begins! We'll share our pre-construction plan for our work and cleanup. Our goal is to make your renovation minimally disruptive for you and your family.
3. Construction
How it Works
How we build your garage, start to finish
Once we've agreed on a plan, it's time to build. Every project we complete is unique to our client's needs. Our experience building garages in Calgary typically means a build follows these steps:

Plans and Permits (6 weeks)
The first step for every project is a conversation. We'll talk about your property and the needs for your build. To get started, complete our contact form or give us a call!

Concrete (1 week)
When building from scratch, your garage will need a new pad. Our team will handle the excavation, cribbing, pouring, and finishing to ensure your investment rests on a solid base.
3
Structure (2-3 weeks)
At this stage, our team completes the main part of the build. As framing goes up, we'll install the garage door, windows, and other entrances.
4
Electrical and Plumbing (2 weeks)
Next, we connect your garage to services. That means running electrical wires to deliver power for your toys and tools, as well as installing plumbing if you wish.
5
Roofing and Exterior (2 weeks)
With the structure in place, we can begin protecting your investment. We complete the shingles for your roof as well as the siding, soffit, and fascia that make up your garage's cladding.
6
Interior (4-6 weeks)
Lastly we finish the inside of your garage. In most builds, this involves putting up drywall, installing custom shelving, and epoxying the cement floor. If you want your garage to be a more complete space, let us know! Our team is ready to meet the challenge.
