Downtown Calgary Condo Renovation

Condo renovations pose unique challenges: nosey neighbours, strict boards, and tight working conditions. But when our clients told us they had bought their dream location we couldn't turn them down. Our team replaced original floors and bathrooms with modern touches that will stand the test of time. First to go was the old carpet. We levelled the floors to prevent squeaks and laid down genuine hardwood that elevated the feel of the whole space. Both bathrooms got replaced. The biggest challenge here was the master bathroom. We tore out awkward layouts and finishes so ugly they didn't even make it into the real estate listing photos. In the master, we twinned the plumbing to create full his-and-hers ensuite with room to shower with a friend. The result: a downtown space that matches its exterior views with interior elegance.
